Unprofessional and Demeaning Disgusting Poor Service
i have a life cover and funeral cover with 1life
when is the anniversary of the policy they call you to upgrade your cover , in April they phoned me ___ stated they would upgrade my R100.000 life cover which i was paying R64.33 to R200.000 which i would pay R166.
only to discover now when i checked my bank statement that they still continued to also take.
They mislead client and don't wanna take ownership cause they think the are above everyone , they untrained consultant all just have bad attitude. no remorse nothing, not even making amends
