unprofessional

1 life is so unprofessional I've requested a call due to they consultants laughing while you call in you can even hear them clear the lady advised her team-leader would call me back ever since still waiting on that call and to speak to the team leader I dont even know why they still doing business if they cant even have some professionalism the consultant even lie to me telling me that no body is laughing......thinking of switching

Nature of Complaint: Not happy with consultant's bad attitude (unprofessional) We thank you for making us aware of the concerns you have regarding policy number ********** 30. As stated during our telephonic discussion on the 17 October 2017, your complaint was concerning our representative’s unprofessionalism. The matter was investigated and the feedback is as follows: I do apologise for happened. It was unacceptable. We do our best to train each of our representatives on how to properly handle our customers’ issues, including how to escalate problems that they are unable to assist with.
