Unpaid Life Policy
My father passed on last year on Jan 10 2021. He had a life policy with 1life. To this very day, the policy has not paid. My brother tried to make follow ups by contacting their call centre. They keep telling him that the claim is still sitting with the assessors. Absolute hogwash. Can somebody attend to this query, because, clearly the call centre people from 1life are useless.
