Unpaid life claim of my late wife

We being going forth and back wards with 1life regarding the claim payment of my late since 2022 we are now in 2023 and they received all their requirements document still they kept quite . The claimant my son has also lost hope because they keep on promising lies after lies ,we paid R2680 for the file from hospital we submitted the affidavit we submitted all the documents they needed but still they saying nothing.
