Unpaid Funeral policy

I wish I could give less than one star!! I’m pretty convinced that this company is purposely making my life difficult so that I just don’t claim on my mother’s funeral policy. I cannot believe that a group of call Centre agents can otherwise be that ill equipped to deal with what is advertised to be a very simple claim!! From not being able to pick up the policy at all, to leading me around on a wild goose chase between third party providers and STILL having not one shred of feedback since 25/02/2021. What a nightmare!!!
