Unpaid claim

Since from last year july till today I haven't received my money and they don't communicate with me this insurance take people for granted if that's how you treat your members I am definitely going to cancel my policy with you guys I can't be under so much stress because of you ,you don't think for other people's lifes you recieved all the documents you needed but still no movement or communication.
