Unknown policy from 1life that has deducted from my payslip

On the 15th of May there was a policy from 1life that deducted from my payslip without my knowledge nor consent(R727.00). I made a phone call to enquire about this unknown policy, however I was told that I opened this policy. I then resorted into asking for the documents that were submitted and recordings when I “apparently” opened this policy.

The sent documents had no ID to prove that I really app**** for the policy,the only document that was there was a **** payslip. I then questioned how can one open a policy without providing an Identification?

I was told that I need to wait 6 to 8 weeks for them to resolve this. However there has been no update whatsoever and my money has not returned as well.

I want this to be solved,I want the agent that helped this person to open a policy to account, I want them to return my money, I want to see the CCTV footage with time stamped when This was done since this policy was apparently was opened face-to-face.
