unhappy with service

Good day

my name is kefiloe moatshe I'd number *** .my uncle Lloyd Ernst passed away on the with of May 2016 on Monday morning 16/05/2016 I contacted 1life informing them of his passing .they informed me of all documents that would be required. As my uncle passed on a weekend the death certificate and other documents could only be done that Monday . Tuesday afternoon I called in again and the death claim was done on line and I send the documents through to them I was promised that my claim will take 24 to 48 hours .Wednesday I called in to find out how far are they with the process and I was given the run around and taken from pillar to post to day is Thursday and the claim is still not paid out .my uncle was unemployed and did odd jobs .his brother are also unemployed so it's on me and my mother to burie my uncle . How can I assist if they haven't paid out the money . Now my uncle won't get a dignified funeral because his documents are still being assessed.I am really disappointed in the service I am getting from 1life the funeral is on saterday and groceries haven't been bought and the cattle to which was my responsibility so dissapointed in my time of grief
