Unhappy with Claim procedure and lack of communication

After lodging complaints twice on Hello Peter I was advised to contact the 1Life Resolutions dept. I wasn't hoping for much given the communication or lack thereof that I had received until that point. Well all I can say is WOW!! Sadly this could have all been avoided if the claims dept kept in Contact. From the moment I made contact with Chandre Judas the process has run smoothly and effectively. I have just received a call that all has been approved and ready to be paid out. Thank you Chandre and Freddie (Assessor) for all your help in getting this sorted. It is much appreciated and you are a valuable and "on the ball" asset to 1Life.
