Unfair treated
I joined 1life in 2009 until 2019, I was retrenched. When signing the forms in 2009 there was a clause for credit life suppose you get retrenched or loose your job. Now 1life says that clause doesn't exist anymore. So what about us w hi o signed it prior to canceling. 1life is a robbing insurance I can't advise one of my family to join it.

21 Apr 2024, 20:251life must pay what they owe me, I was just watching Checkpoint and see how this insurance rob their clients. How can you take off the clause without talking with your clients. I was just paying my insurance for.10 years hoping that when.i get retrenched my.insurance will pay me what is owed. Check your booklet for year 2009 page 70 you will get that clause.
