I had an arrangement that the policy premium to deduct on the 1st day of the month but for the past 4months they have been deducting on the 25th which is unacceptable & disrespectful.

They do not have right to do as they please on my account,as it's my personal not theirs. I find this very ********* and gross violation of my rights. That is just **********.
