Understanding
The call made was one of the easiest I had to make in a while. He took the time to explain everything in detail and how the policy is set also what I need to do. He even offered that I could contact him again if there was anything I still needed to know and surely made me feel comfortable and also to the effect that I would recommend those close to me to also insure with 1life due to the good experience I had.
