Unauthorized deductions
I've been trying unsuccessfully to contact the call centre regarding unauthorized deductions being made from my salary. Unfortunately, I keep getting disconnected. When I finally managed to contact their offices I was sent from pillor to post with no results.<br> <br> I'm in the service of the SAPS and recently noticed a deduction of R371 from 1Life Direct with reference 6141.<br> <br> I do not, neither have I ever had a policy with 1Life Direct.<br> <br> I've contacted the Payroll Administrator and they advised me to take the matter up with 1Life. But no one is either willing or able to help.<br> <br> I'm so frustrated!! How do I resolve this and stop deductions. How do I get my money back?<br> <br> I need a full refund off all premiums deducted, as I have never taken out a policy with you.
