UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

I have a life policy with 1Life but I have to cancel it because of financial reasons last year. sometime early this year a lady called me I don't recall her name asking if she could reactivate my account I told no instead I gave her my mom's number to call her with regards to family funeral cover. she kept on calling still giving her the answer no, a debicheck notification got in my phone and I declined it, On the 25th of February a debit order of R313 was debited into my account without any authorization, I called them asking for recording that confirm that I was they one who authorize them to take my money, the lady I spoke to Ntabeleng said she will send they through but I never did. I call few weeks back I spoke to Kyle but no one called me, again March 25th they took my money again, I called and spoke to Cathy Smith, they **** and said they did not reach me. I want back my money that's all. Or else I will open a case against 1Life.
