Unauthorized debit order by 1Life croocks

I recently signed up for 1Life's life-cover policy. Telephonically more than twice I told the agent that my first deduction must be on 25/01/2021 but they chose to debit me now.

A consultant called this morning and promised to resolve my refund query and to date I'm not sorted. I need my refund back ASAP as well as the cancelation of their stupid policy
