unauthorized debit order and poor system management

I want to know why you guys at one life are deducting more money than you should on my account. you have deducted over R523 instead of the premium of R 322 79. I called in on Friday 10th to have R 322.79 deducted to catch up on a missed payment. I called in today and not only have you deducted more than you should, but your records state that I actually have not paid. What nonsense is this?

I have attached pictures of my bank statement. I need answers ASAP.
