Unauthorized Debit of Funds

Hello.

I called requesting my policy's cancellation on January 24, 2023. A consultant confirmed that my policy had been cancelled and that the process was complete. Come February 15th a debit order for the same "cancelled" policy goes off in my account.

I had to call twice in February to cancel the policy again.

I have requested a refund of my funds debited and to this day have not received anything.
