Unauthorized debit from my account . No feedback, no reply to emails.

Do I really have to come to this platform to get people to do their work. I have been requesting 1life to cancel my policy for the past two months. Every month you debit my account without authorization as I have requested you time and again to cancel this policy. I don’t know what else to do now, cancel this freaken policy!!!!
