Unauthorized debit

I was debited today even though I explained I am not interested in your product anymore since I'm struggling financially I can't afford it. I told your consultant I can't commit to paying so much money when I'm unemployed. I did not confirm your debicheck but money has been taken from my account. That's child support money what must my kids eat? I'm shocked that this is how you conduct business. I want my money back!
