Unauthorized debit

I did not authorize any of the payment they decided to deduct from my account, dont even know what the policy is for. An agent approached me telling about free quotes and i specifically told him that I dont need this but Im interested in information for my mother to get life insurance. Im annoyed and shocked that they ****med me into joining something I dont need. This is ******* and as soon as I saw I was ****med I suspended the debit mandate that they obviously authorized when they took my phone to save their number they are *********.
