Unauthorised Policy – Immediate Cancellation Required

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a policy that has been activated under my name without my consent.

I do not have any cover with your company and I did not agree to any policy or debit order being set up. I also never provided consent for this cover, the amount, or any of the terms associated with it. Although I did receive a call, I clearly did not agree to proceed and I ended the call.

I am very disappointed with this experience and how this matter has been handled.

I therefore request the immediate cancellation of this policy with effect immediately. Kindly also ensure that no deductions are taken from my account and that any debit order instruction linked to this policy is removed without delay.

Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm in writing once the policy has been cancelled and my details have been fully removed from your system.
