Unauthorised deduction

I took a life cover with them last year and this year January I called them to cancel my cover, I spoke to someone explained that I have gotten a better deal with momentum and for a lesser premium… the person told me ok, how about we don’t deduct for January and we give you a chance to look through it again and we will call you again before February 2024 to see if we can work something out after sometime of the person convincing me I said ok no problem… they never called me back, today they deducted twice my account. Twice, I want them to refund my money back because no one called me back though they knew my intentions were to cancel their cover… I want they to pay back my two premium back.
