Unauthorised Debit Orders

1Life has been running unathourised debit orders on my account from 25.03.2024. I have tried to stop and reverse the debit orders but i couldn't. Urgently refund my money deducted on 25.03, 25.04 & 25.05. I have sent numerous emails but I don't get a response
