UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I am so disappointed with your service, on 27 June 2024 I sent email to cancel this policy never got a rep**** 5days after no response i called your client services unprofessional consultant told me they never received email transferred me to your cancellation department.

The cancellation department consultant advised that policy is cancelled and confirmed my debit order was cancellation but it went off this morning. I want my refund!!
