Unauthorised debit order

I asked these people to discontinue my debit order with them last year when I lost my partner and that was in July of 2023. Fast forward to today, a debit order has gone off again in May and June. I've asked them to refund my money and I'm being thrown from pillar to post! 1life is a ****
