unauthorised debit order

unauthorised debit order, You are to quick to cancel the policy you can resolve what my complain is about that’s very unprofessional not even one person bothered to contact me I want my refund that was taken in my bank account of the 2nd March 2026 of R 1600 which is R 821 x 2 of which they did the same in December they took R1640 unauthorised ,I did not authorise debit order for the 02/03/2026 or that just deduct any other day I demand the money taken from my bank account how can you deduct R 1640 (R821 x 2)I want my money back because i have been sending emails that I want to change my debit order date no one has responded on the emails now you just go to my Bank and take the money that is there which is not meant for this Policy .they don't even bother contact me instead they send me a cancellation letter of the email .
