Unauthorised debit and funeral policy

I got a call from 1life about funeral policies and gave me quotes which they weren't satisfying and I told them I don't want any of their policies and to my surprise they've been trying to debit money from my account but can't find nothing and I keep receiving calls from them telling me I owe them but I don't as I didn't agree and/or agreed to take one of their policies can they please remove me of their system and wipe of all that they say I owe because if they don't it's going to cause problems for me
