UNAUTHORISED AND ******* SASSA DEDUCTIONS FROM MY GRADPARENTS SASSA ACCOUNT

1LIFE opened a funeral policy for both my grandparents and it has been deducting from their SASSA account without their consent, knowledge, and authorization since 2016, they have been deducting R120.00 MONTHLY I have been communicating with them since June last year they requested their ID documents and signatures to enable their office to commence with their investigation and refund them but to date, they have not been refunded the only thing that they do is to call them and them the same questions all the time...My grandparents, they still crying for their money, what 1LIFE did to them is very cruel and *******.
