Unable to deliver
I cancelled a policy in July but the deductions are still going on. I went again in October on de 16th and I was told that a cancellation e-mail is being sent but there was nothing and I also provided the person with a fax number but to date nothing has happened. I called again today(2 November ) nd was again promised that I'll get the mail immediately but alas
