Unable to cancel

Good day. I don't like leaving reviews here but i feel it's the only place i get a response. I have been trying to cancel my policy as i cannot afford it any longer. I have tried various means of communications in order to get this done. I have sent an email to client services, used their "contact us" feature and even tried calling them. I am getting fed up to the point of me wanting to put a stop order in in order to get a response.

In this time i get a sms every second day of 1life advertising something.
