1Life Insurance ain't nothing but a bunch of *******, actually *****sters who will attempt to take your money from you. If I wasn't vigilant the way I am I would have been a victim of a debit order I know nothing about.

So on Monday there was a debit check mandate sent to my bank and I declined it but to my surprise 1Life still went on proceeded to attempt to debit my account. So I called Capitec to find out and they told me that after I declined the debit check mandate, 1Life still went on and placed a mandate on my account and that mandate did not even require me to approve it. I then proceeded to call 1LIFE and asked them about it and I was told that there is a policy taken on Friday 23rd of January and I told the lady that at that date and time I never called them, she did a security check and to find out that even the number registered on the policy is not mine.

I asked her to cancel it and she said she cannot do that until they investigate, so my question is why must I be billed for something I know nothing about?
