Too long for my claim.
So disappointed with the service, u request to be called back and u won't be called but they can call me for selling life insurance. Made a claim and was told it will take 7 to 14 working days...day 14 no feedback whatsoever.. Called and ask what's the delay, was told they would look into it and then call me back but I never received the call.. I regret using 1life
