TO ANYONE ELSE WHO INTENDS TO TAKE UP A FUNERAL POLICY WITH THESE PEOPLE.....DON'T!!!!!!

I've been chasing you since the beginning of this month for the headstone money, which, might I add, I paid for via my premiums and I'm yet to get a response from you!!!! Just pay the money so I can migrate this policy somewhere else!!!!!!!! When you're at your lowest, having lost a loved one, you're asked a bunch of silly questions then you have to chase for the headstone money on the anniversary of the passing. THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!
