Thoroughness in explaining terms of product

Mr Lushaba called me as an existing long term client of ILife and asked if I was interested in a new product in addition to my existing cover. <br> <br> He explained the product to me and also made sure I understand the terms and conditions after I accepted the quote. I listened carefully as he disclosed the nature of his job and other facts required by law. I was also reassured that I could cancel the policy within the 7 day cooling off period. <br> <br> By and large Mr Lushaba was very professional and efficient and easily engaged with me as a person. He has excellent people's skills.
