Thorough, Cheerful and awesome.
Priya makes sure that there is no doubt in your mind. I have been a FFW and 1Life customer for years and she just made sure I understand what it means and what measures are in place for me to upgrade my policy. She even gave me advise on what to do when situations are not what they used to be 5-7 years ago. Definitely one to be groomed as a team lead/coach/manager!!!
