THIS MAN WAS GREAT!!
I called in very upset as I struggled to get a policy schedule from the 16th. They transferred my call to Kavi. He was friendly and professional and assisted me in no time. He even called back to make sure that I received the documents. I would give him a 10/10 for the service delivered. Thank you Kavi. You are wonderful.
