I am not happy of the treatment my Father and I have received from 1 life, opened a funeral policy for my parents about more than four years ago been paying that policy without fail. Due to the Covid pandemic had financial struggles and I had asked them to contact my Dad as he now wanted to take over the policy payments spoke to an agent last year November and no one contacted us. Now after so many months they are saying we need to start fresh and have 6 months waiting period this is messed up what about my money that I paid for the past 4 yrs. This is messed up I would never recommend this company to any one. They are ******* who take money from people and don't care about the people they they are taking this money from a company who only wants to make money from people in need. I would never advise anyone to open any policy with 1 Life. I wanted to take them for my life insurance as well but he'll no. I will look for a better insurance company.
