******* and Sharks

I have been reviewing my policies and have noticed that they have been robbing me blind for 9 years. The incompetence of the call centre agents is pathetic and they have such an attitude. 1Life Direct are *****ing money from under our noses. I discovered that the one policy is for life cover but it appears that it is only for disability/accidental death. I am not even covered for natural death. The other policy is charged every month and i have no idea what i am being cover for... 1Life Direct are a bunch of sharks and they play on people's emotions by promising the world by using the current situations in our country (ie. crime)... Lawyers - here we come!!
