They're ignoring my wish to leave them

On the 6th of July i sent an e- mail cancelling my policy..no feedback.on the 8th of July i sent an e-mail to one Sello Monareng to cancel my policy, still no response. I dare you to debit my accounts after i had expressed my wishes to wish you have chosen to ignore!! We will have a serious problem. Cancel the policy as i have indicated and send me confirmation of that
