THEY SELL LIES!!!!

My mother passed away and she had Life cover for my younger brother and I her policy was up to date and everything was in place but, when we called to make the claim they said "There are some blood tests that your mother did not give us" hhawu??? When in all you adds and even when they try to sell you they're life cover they claim that there are no medicals or blood tests involved? They even go as far as telling you that there is no paper work that you need to sign because at 1Life "Your voice is your signature" hehe hhay I will never join 1Life and good luck to who ever joins because wow, the lies these people sell us.
