They refuse to cancel my policy
Good day<br> <br> My name is Nompumelelo Masimola and I want to lay a complaint against 1lifedirect.<br> <br> I had joined a life cover with 1life but before my first payment was made I decided to contact them so I could cancel due to financial reasons. <br> <br> I had emailed them several times but they didn't get back to me, I have tried calling them but all the consultants would tell me that they are redirecting me to a cancellation department only to hang up after a few seconds. This happened alot of times. <br> <br> I really don't know what to do as im in debts with the bank because of this policy.<br> <br> Can anyone assist me as this could or rather is impacting badly on my credit history. <br> <br>

There was a delay in processing your cancellation request, which led to the attempted premium deduction. As discussed, the policy has been cancelled as per your request and once the required document is received we will refund the incurred amount.
