The help at the other end of the line

<p>I have been trying to get my affairs in order and part of that great mission was to make sure that my life cover and funeral cover were active and updated with my latest details. Wayne Powell from 1Life Direct was extremely helpful in making sure that I received all the documents I needed, with the correct details loaded onto their system.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sometimes people get very impatient when you keep asking for tiny little details to be corrected and I am one of those people who will not print a document until it is 100% correct. Wayne was very kind and patient and he is definitely somebody I would like to deal with in future.</p>
