The difference between 1Life and Metropolitan

Family member passed on and an abridged death certificate issued by Home Affairs with an affidavit from Home Affairs. 1life will not assist because the its an abridged death certificate and will have to wait for their forensic department and they don't know how long it will take. Metropolitan Life went the extra mile sent their forensic guy to Home Affairs on Friday and the money was paid out same day to my cousin just in time for the funeral...I guess because they were so eager to help as fast as they could. Now what could be so difficult for 1Life to do the same???? Are we perhaps lying that the man is dead for crying out loud????? I call in this morning to check the status and I'm told I just have to wait because they not only dealing with my case.
