I received my 1Life policy only to find that the changes were not made correctly. I contacted 1Life and spoke to a consultant who was suppose to get back to me because their systems were slow but never did. I then contacted 1Life again and was fortunate to liase with Precious who sorted my issues. She stuck to time lines and when the extra mile to ensure I received the best professional assistance.
