Always a pleasure dealing with 1Life staff. Whether I'm calling to update, enquire or claim. They are always sincere with their sympathies. You can feel it's not just scripted. I was in a terrible place where we struggled to hear each other and at some point the call cut, twice. Each time the consultant called me back to complete the claim submission. Yes I was offered the option to send everything via email without being on the phone. There was one document missing and they called me to request it. Before the the end of the day my claim was paid out. It's so heartwarming to deal with ppl who understand no one wants to be stuck on long telephone calls and endless questions when you are dealing emotions of loss and grief.
