I had a wonderful interaction with the agent that assisted me with my query this morning. Simphiwe Mthimkhulu was extremely helpful and efficient which made things very easy for me. I must admit this is one of the very few customer centre experiences that I could honestly say without any doubt that I dealt with a customer care agent who actually understood my needs.
