I would like to send my gratitude to Mr Powell who assisted me this morning around 09:00 am 29 January 2015, when i needed to cancel a policy i was offered by one of the consultants from 1life direct. He was able to direct me to the relevant division where i was given further instructions on how do i cancel the policy. Now am sorted policy cancelled and am happy. Thanks
