Terrible customer service

I have been trying to contact someone from the 13th of March with no success, also sent emails with no response. I asked for my policy to be canceled immediately as I am no longer employed I got paid my leave days and they deducted for the policy. I sent another email no response I need that money reversed as I have more important things to do with that money
