26 Oct 2017, 14:32Thank you for your response. However what I didn't express in my initial review - I called a couple of weeks ago to express my utter frustration at the way the account is debited. The account is debited on the 25th; 2 days before my pay day. This has caused unpaid and unnecessary bank charges. I was surprised that the account was finalised because I recall the consultant mentioned that I had to go for a blood test first. I am so disappointed in the manner this was done - is this even legal. I would like to be refunded for the unnecessary bank charges. I am also going to lodge a complaint with the short term insurance ombudsman.
