tape request and documents
I am Unathi Matafeni. My brother, Kanyisa Matafeni, ID number ***, passed on in November 2014 and he had a life policy with 1 life of which I was a beneficiary. I submitted the claims and their response was that was an accident life cover. Since I didn't have any policy documents for this cover, I requested them at 1 life and they said they have courier them. I also requested the tapes for the call they have with my brother when he was taking this policy. They also said they have courier them. It has been 3 weeks now and I haven't received them. Every time I phone them they say they will call me back.
